This notice covers information submitted on joinblessing.org, the Join Blessing inquiry website from Blessing Surrogacy.
What we collect and why
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email, country or state, selected topics, your question, an optional social profile, and your contact consent with its time and notice version. We use this information to handle your inquiry and respond within your selected scope. An adult confirmation is required for egg donation and surrogacy inquiries; it is not a finding of eligibility.
We do not use a page visit or a link click as consent or as evidence of fertility interests. A form submission does not subscribe you to a cold-email or marketing list. Please do not submit medical records or identification documents.
Storage and access
Submitted inquiries are saved on our United States hosting and securely synchronized to our team's protected inquiry system, currently hosted in Singapore. They are available to authorised people handling your inquiry and to the service providers operating these systems. They are not published on this website. Notification emails contain a reference and a protected system link rather than your inquiry text.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections, restricted access and operational backups. We retain inquiries as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations. Retention is not unlimited by design; you can request information about your record or ask for correction or deletion using the form below. Applicable obligations and backup handling may affect the timing, which the team will explain.
Your choices
You may withdraw a contact request or ask to access, correct or delete your information. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before taking action. Do not send identity documents in this form.
Website technology
We do not use advertising pixels, session recordings or third-party analytics on these inquiry pages. Hosting security logs may include technical request information; an expiring keyed IP hash is used to limit form abuse. A non-personal campaign code, if present, is stored with a completed inquiry. The form reference is temporarily kept in your browser tab to make a retry safe.
